ON A PAID 12 WEEK PROGRAMME PLUS,
EDUCATOR SALARIES AND
TEACHING EQUIPMENT.
Pub Club Cotswolds is a Community Interest Company which relies solely on grants and donations.
In our inaugural year, we will be looking to private donations, industry partners and community grants to help us launch Pub Club and support our first three cohorts of students.
Each student will cost Pub Club £10,000 over the 12 week programme. This includes their wage, educator salaries, equipment, mentorship, computers and IT, subsidised travel, healthy meals, industry engagement, employment partners and more.

DONATE NOW
If you would like to sponsor a student, a donation of £10,000 will ensure one student is given the full support required to complete the 12-week course. You will receive regular updates from the Pub Club team and from individual students to allow you to follow and engage in their progress.
Every contribution matters, and donations of any size are welcomed. For more details, contact Mel Moss at mel@publichousegroup.com.

COMPUTERS, IT & EQUIPMENT
All students receive an iPad for the duration of their time at the Pub Club. This allows all students to be on a level playing field in terms of equipment and gives access to the online learning resources needed to complete the programme. They will be provided with the equipment needed to complete their training across all pathways.
STUDENT PAYMENTS
Pub Club operates a paid twelve week full time learning programme. Students are expected to attend all classes Monday - Friday as per the timetable. We are committed to supporting every student who comes through the Pub Club programme and ask that each individual shows the same commitment.
HEALTHY MEALS
All students will receive freshly prepared meals as well as snacks and drinks during school hours.
SUBSIDISED TRAVEL
Rural isolation and lack of access to regular and reliable transport can have a huge impact on access to jobs and learning. With that in mind we will offer support to cover a local bus pass and contribution to train and petrol costs.
INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT
We are very lucky indeed to have great relationships within the industry. This allows us to enhance the curriculum with masterclasses, workshops, work placements, trips, career guidance and more through the support of our employment partners and friends. These relationships are unique to Pub Club and carefully sought and nurtured for the benefit of our students.
EMPLOYMENT PARTNERS
Whilst we very much hope that Pub Club students will be keen to explore employment opportunities within the PHG family, we work with employment partners who share current vacancies and opportunities. Access to the industry wide talent pool is available to students throughout the 12 week programme and for a period of time post programme.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
All students will be assigned a personal mentor who will work with them throughout the twelve week programme and for a period of time when they leave. There will also be weekly 1:1 sessions with a member of the education team where students are able to share any reflections relating to the programme as well as career advancement and well being. Mentor recruitment and management will be undertaken by the Pub Club team.
TRIPS & VISITS
As well as the Public House Group venues in London and the Cotswolds, we have a number of local suppliers and partners we work with to ensure quality across the group. Students will benefit from seeing the supply chain first hand which will lead to a better understanding of how a PHG venue operates.
EDUCATORS SALARY
The Pub Club programme is developed and delivered by a small team of hospitality and education leaders. It is imperative to not only have continuity when it comes to communication and learning, but to ensure full time student support and safeguarding.
