The Hop Pole Inn is certainly living up to its reputation. Managed by Jeff Kay, The Hop Pole is renowned in the area for its live music, and attracts crowds from all over the town - and from much further a field.
Having taken over The Hop Pole six years ago, Jeff has expanded the venue to accommodate the growing interest in the live music. He said: "The pub has always been a venue for live music, though since I took it over, it has been taken to the next level.
Jeff, who also manages The Wishing Well pub in Bromsgrove, added: "Both the pubs have live music, we pride ourselves on the fact that we provide top quality and its FREE".
"We have had all sort of acts - whether they be soul, rock, reggae, ska or jazz - and a lot of the time we find that the bands return again and again, as do our customers.
